 Our mission is to improve human health through better nutrition. Nutrition and Health is one of the key subject areas of Wageningen University and Research Centre. The Division has a broad expertise and outstanding facilities for academic education and research in Human Nutrition, in particular at the following levels | • | in cell systems at the molecular level | | • | controlled dietary interventions at the individual level | | • | observational studies at the population level |
These fields of expertise are in line with the research performed by the five chairs Nutrition, Metabolism and Genomics; Nutrition and Health; Nutrition and Epidemiology; Nutrition and Pharmacology; Sensory Science and Eating Behaviour.
